About Donato

Donato joins us from the Joinery Hotel Pittsburgh, where he served as General Manager and Director of Operations since 2018. His extensive experience in the hospitality industry includes key roles at top-tier hotels like DoubleTree Plaza and Marriott City Center, where he worked as Director of Food & Beverage and Corporate Executive Chef, respectively. Donato also brought his expertise to Capital Grille in downtown Pittsburgh, where he was not only Executive Chef but also served as Partner, R&D Chef, and Strategy Planning Chef. From 2010 to 2018, he owned and operated Donato’s Restaurant in Fox Chapel, gaining valuable insights as a business owner. Outside work, Donato enjoys quality time with his two daughters, exploring the wilderness, exercising, and cooking for private events and local charities. He has a passion for serving high-profile clients, and when he's not working, you might find him on trips to Kentucky, West Virginia, South Carolina, or Buffalo. He enjoys a fine bourbon and values time with friends and family. Above all, Donato loves working side-by-side with other dedicated people in the hospitality industry and building successful, strong teams that deliver an extraordinary experience.

About Bryan

With over 16 years in the golf & country club business, and over 30 years in hospitality, Bryan brings a keen eye for detail, and extremely high expectations to Treesdale. With a long-spanning background in Food & Beverage, he recently had the opportunity over the last 2+ years to become a student of all aspects within the club. Spanning that timeframe, he has been responsible for the club’s financials, and budgeting, including providing weekly forecasts for all departments. Last year he was provided with the opportunity to be included in the team that redesigned and built an all-new bunker system for all 27 holes of our golf course. He looks forward to continued growth and learning daily. He has been on staff with Invited/ClubCorp since 2008 with a brief Hiatus from 2016-2019.In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports of any kind, and relaxing at home. He has a 16-year-old daughter who aspires to be a Chemical Engineer and plans to attend the University of Alabama #RollTide. He has a 9-year-old Boxer/Heeler Mix, Luna, and a 3-year-old French Bulldog, Izzie. He once aspired to qualify for the Senior PGA Tour.

About Brandon

Brandon is a seasoned sales and hospitality professional with over 18 years of experience in selling and managing hotels, restaurants, and private clubs. HE attended Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania, then started his career in Hilton Head Island, SC, where he rented homes for vacationers and planned the logistics of their getaway in the low country! In 2009, he migrated back north to Pittsburgh and enjoyed his time at various properties throughout the area, including The Wintergarden at PPG, Olive or Twist, Washington & Jefferson College, and most recently at The University of Pittsburgh. He’s had the pleasure to work with and plan stays for former President Obama, catered events for the Pittsburgh Penguins, and worked throughout the northeast region planning memorable weddings and events. He is truly excited to start the next chapter of his career and looks forward to meeting many new people at Treesdale Golf & Country Club!

About Kristin

Kristin has over 25 years of successful sales experience. Her background includes technical sales and recruiting, internet sales and marketing, promotional product sales, pharmaceutical sales and, currently, event sales. She has won numerous sales recognition awards and received promotions based on her sales successes. In her current role, she has exceeded her budgeted goals year to date and prides herself in her attention to detail, responsiveness and follow-through with her clients. She grew up in the suburbs of Pittsburgh and was the oldest of three girls. She is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh but also supports her 26-year-old son, Brendan’s love for his alma mater, Penn State University. He bleeds blue and white. She loves visiting him in Philadelphia and spending time with him when he is home for holidays and occasions. She enjoys exploring restaurants and watching football with her husband, John, and spending time with their two dogs, Rugby and Vienna…although everyone knows that Vienna, her “little sausage dog”, has her heart.

About Amanda

Amanda is a Pittsburgher born and bred, growing up in the North Oakland area of the city. She attended Oakland Catholic High School and Chatham University, where she earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology. Through college and grad school, she worked her way from being a beverage cart to being an events assistant at Longue Vue Club in Verona, PA. She is a former school and outpatient therapist and spent time as the Banquet Manager at Valley Brook Country Club and a server at Wildwood Country Club. Amanda took 4 years off from her professional career to raise her 2 children. She currently resides in Allison Park, PA, with her husband, Scott and 2 young children. She has a lot of interests outside of work, including fashion, sports and music. When she’s not with her family, you can find her attending concerts, hockey and baseball games, shopping or walking at North Park. She is a huge Penguins, Blackhawks and Pirates fan. Her music taste spans from Taylor Swift, Green Day, T-Pain, Jonas Brothers, Lainey Wilson and Kacey Musgraves, to name a few. Many of her friends live out of town, so she enjoys traveling as much as possible.

About Jimmy

Jimmy was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and began working in the golf industry in 2000. He graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science but followed his passion for golf and continued his path of becoming a Golf Professional. As an Assistant Golf Professional, Jimmy worked at Wildwood Golf Club in Allison Park, PA, The Country Club of Birmingham in Birmingham, AL, Butler Country Club in Butler, PA and most recently at Fox Chapel Golf Club in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a Certified US Kids Golf Instructor and a Certified FlightScope Professional. As the Director of Golf, Jimmy welcomes the opportunity to provide an exceptional golf experience to Treesdale Golf & Country Club members and guests.

About Joe

Joe, now the Director of Instruction, was previously the Director of Golf at Treesdale Golf & Country Club from 1997 - 2015. During this time, he has played in the 2015 US Senior Open, and the Senior PGA Championship. He was inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 2013 and the Clarion University Hall of Fame in 1999. He also won the Tri-State PGA Senior Player of the year honors in 2015 and 2014, was Golf Professional of the Year in 2013, won the MacKay Trophy for low scoring average in 2012 with a scoring average of 70.3, and won the Bill Strausbaugh award for mentoring other PGA Golf Professionals in 2008. Prior to this, Joe was the First Assistant Golf Professional at the Pittsburgh Field Club from 1989 to 1997. During this tenure, he won the Pennsylvania Open, the Tri-State PGA Assistant Player of the Year Honors and the Tri-State PGA McKay Trophy for Low Scoring Average with an average of 69.5.

About Stefan

Stefan was born and raised outside of Albany, NY and started working on golf courses in 1992. He attended the State University of New York at Delhi and received an associate’s degree in applied science for Golf Course Operations. Following the advice of several well-known Superintendents, he decided to continue his education at Clemson University and receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Turfgrass Management. Early on in his career, Stefan knew he wanted to be part of a major tournament and was fortunate to intern at the famed Pebble Beach Golf Links.

About Julie

Julie is originally from Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, but moved to the Pittsburgh area in 1988 after working two years as a Tennis Professional for Dennis VanderMeer in Hilton Head Island, SC. Once in Pittsburgh, she taught tennis at The Racquet Club of Pittsburgh and then became the Director of Tennis for Oxford Athletic Club. She joined the Treesdale Team part-time in ‘98 as the Director of Tennis and became full-time at Treesdale Golf & Country Club in 2004 as the Director of Tennis and Athletics. She is a certified Tennis Professional with the U.S.P.T.A. and U.S.P.T.R. as well as a certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Science Association. On a personal note, she is married to a wonderful husband Joe. They have a daughter Nicole, and she has a stepson, Jon. The family likes to bike, hike and stay in shape.

About Ted

Ted is an experienced accounting professional with a diverse background in both corporate and entrepreneurial ventures. He began his career as a senior staff accountant at a top ten CPA firm, where he honed his expertise in accounting and tax services. Later, he transitioned to self-employment, offering accounting and tax services to a wide range of clients. In addition to his accounting career, he served as the Treasurer/Secretary for a commercial contractor's painting and flooring corporations, further expanding his leadership skills. As an entrepreneur, he founded his own building and remodeling company, successfully constructing four homes and several additions, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to quality craftsmanship. He was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, where he has spent most of his life. He has been happily married to his wonderful wife for 52 years, and together they have built a strong and loving family. They are proud parents of two self-motivated children and are also delighted to have two grandsons, who also live in Pittsburgh. His daughter, Rachel, is married and has two energetic boys, aged 6 and 5, while his son, Brian, enjoys the single life. Ted cherishes his close-knit family and enjoys spending time with them in his hometown.

About Doug

Doug has lived in the northern Pittsburgh area all his life. He joined the staff at Treesdale Country Club in 1997 as a part-time assistant to the Facilities Manager. He was also employed at Pittsburgh Brewing as a second shift crew manager for 30 years until the closing of the production facility in Pittsburgh in 2009. He attended Tri Angle Tech 2009-2011 to earn his RHVAC certificate and degree. In the spring of 2011, he was promoted to facilities manager and he looks forward to more years devoting his knowledge and technical skills to Treesdale Country Club.
